食材:糯米 一小盆,黄豆红糖粉 若干
1、将糯米用盆淘干净备用,在大锅里加入比较多的水(用于煮糯米,所以得多一点)加热煮沸,加入备用的糯米随便煮一下,记得,糯米不能像大米一样煮,不然会变稀。

2、把煮好的糯米与米汤分开,糯米漏掉多余水分,糯米用木制饭甑蒸熟。

3、把蒸熟的糯米倒入口袋或者槽中,用木锤不停地捶打,翻滚着捶打,直到糯米全部粘成一团,并可以了

4、把捶好的糯米团倒入干净的容器中,用手均匀的把糯米揉成拳头大小的糍粑团,每个糍粑隔一点距离放好,以免粘连(此时的糯米还是热的,所以会粘连)

5、趁热吃是最好不过了,沾上黄豆红糖粉味道更好,冷却后的糍粑需要加热吃,不然是硬的。
