Dear President,

I am writing to suggest that we need English teachers from English speaking countries, like USA or England. We have learned English for so many years ever since we were in our primary schools. We have learned lots of grammar rules and we can do written exercises right. But, when our English listening and speaking are very weak. We cannot talk naturally and we have difficulties to understand oral English. So, if possible, we need more practices with native English speakers. An English teacher USA or England may help a lot.
