The advantage and distvantage of employing foreign teachers
Nowadays, it's quite common that we can see foreign teachers walking in our campus. Usually they are of English-spoken countries or other foreign countries.
Personally, I think it's quite good to employ foreigners as our teachers, as you know, they are of English-Spoken countries, they pronounce natively, thus we can follow. Also they can teach something that we can't learn from the Chinese lessons, like brain-storm, which is a good way of Divergent Thinking. Also the foreign teachers create a lively circumstance of having classes.
While other people think that it's not good to employ the foreigner as teachers. As some of them are not a teacher in their countries. They don't know how to teach. Also their knowledge are limited. Also some teacher's bad behavior influnence their students.
The advantage and disvantage of employing foreign teachers need to be discussed.
Maybe we can choose the one who is qualified and has experience of teaching, especially teaching Chinese students.
