Question

8.1. In case the SELLER fails to deliver the GOODS in time, the SELLER pays fine at the rate 0,1% from the total CONTRACT cost, for every calendar day of the delay, beginning from the day, when GOODS had to be delivered in accordance with the conditions of the present CONTRACT, till the day of actual delivery inclusive.
8.2. In case of the SELLER fails to fulfill their obligations on GOODS delivery, during 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of termination of the delivery, mentioned in p. 3.3. of the present CONTRACT, must to give all the money back, which was addressed to him in accordance with the p. 5.1. of the present CONTRACT, in corpore, and also compensate damages to the CUSTOMER. At the same time the SELLER undertakes to give back the money during 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of mentioned above termination.

8.4. In case the SELLER fails to pay money in time, mentioned in p. 9.3. and 9.7. of the present CONTRACT, the SELLER should pay fine to the CUSTOMER at the rate 0,1% from the total sum, beginning from the day, when the sum had to be given back in accordance with p. 9.3. and 9.7. of the present CONTRACT till the day of actual repayment.
8.6. In case the COUNTER fails to pay money in time, mentioned in p. 5.1., of the present CONTRACT, more than 3 (three) work days, should pay fine at the rate 0,1% from the non paid sum for every calendar say, beginning from the day, when the payment had to been made in accordance with p. 5.1. of the present CONTRACT including the day of actual payment.
