4、 甲方负责按国家相关法律法规办理车辆保险（具体险种为：机动车强制保险，车辆损失险、第三者责任险、车辆盗抢险、不计免赔险、车上人身意外伤害险）年检、维修保养、养路费、车船税、营业税等相关事宜，发生费用由甲方承担。
5、 因甲方原因造成车辆或驾驶员不能正常工作，及时提供乙方相应代用车辆及驾驶员（车型标准不低于现有车辆标准）。
6、 加强对指派驾驶员的管理，在不延误乙方正常用车前提下每月20日安排驾驶员参加安全学习。
7、 甲方指派的驾驶员在工作中需服从乙方正常调度管理。
8、 甲方驾驶员和车在工作时间内应停留在现场并遵守现场的规章制度。

六、乙方的权利及义务

3.如甲方未能按照第五条履行义务，影响乙方对车辆的正常使用，而甲方又不能及时提供备车，则乙方有权单方面终止合同。
