内 容 提 要

人性化管理的出发点是以人为本,它通过满足人的全面需求和促进人的全面发展来达到实现企业发展的目标。党的十六届三中全会明确提出了“科学发展观”的概念,其核心更是以人为本,它是全面、协调、可持续的发展观,是我们党对社会主义现代化建设指导思想的新发展,体现了辩证的思维方式和发展的主体性宗旨。从这个意义上说,当前,企业实施人性化管理正体现了科学发展观的新思想。
人性化管理是当前企业管理的主流,也是未来企业管理的发展方向。有效实施人性化管理是实现企业现代化的必要条件。透过富士康跳楼事件,让我们知道企业的人性化管理的重要性和紧迫性,通过人性化管理让每个员工都对企业产生归属感的同时拥有一个健康的心理是至关重要的。
