1.准备食材。雪梨,贝母,冰糖。

2.雪梨洗净削皮,切去蒂部,切开一个小盖子,去核掏空,形成一个梨盅。

3.梨盅里放入几粒川贝。

6.再放入几粒冰糖。这样比较入味。

7.盖上梨盖,也可以用牙签固定,防止盖子在炖的时候跑掉。

8.炖盅里加半盅的清水。

9.将雪梨放入炖盅里,隔水蒸。

10.差不多蒸60分钟即可。具体时间根据实际情况而定。炖到用筷子可以轻松扎透雪梨即可。

11.炖好的梨子变的有些黄,带有淡淡的甜香。

12.揭开梨子的盖子,贝母变的白白胖胖。

13.稍稍晾凉,即可食用。

14.挖一口梨肉尝尝。梨肉酥烂清甜,贝母软糯微苦。特别好吃。

1.准备材料。

2.川贝泡洗干净用纸巾吸干水份,这样容易碾磨成粉而不粘团 。

3.放在小碗里碾磨碎,也可用厨房搅拌机打磨,或者直接让药店帮忙碾磨成粉。

4.雪梨洗净去皮,去掉顶部约1/5的部分,用小刀挖去梨核,注意不要挖透底部。再用小勺挖干净雪梨芯,还是要注意不要挖透雪梨底部。

5.为了蒸出的雪梨好看,用小刀将雪梨顶部整理波浪状。

6.加入10克冰糖7、2克川贝粉、入2克枸杞。

7.将雪梨放入炖盅内,用小勺在梨内加入少许凉开水,约梨的一半就可以,蒸的时候还会渗出部分水份。 盖好炖盅盖,上锅蒸1.5小时,也可以把雪梨切成块,加配料后用高压锅煮半小时。
