直译：但是我们很少意识到那种程度， 到那种工作带给我们更无形的东西程度。

意思就是说，我们的意识只停留在工作带给我们的物质生活上的东西，而还没到达工作带给我们更深层次的东西（应该就是指精神生活上的东西）。
