到底是help sb do sth 还是help sb to do sth?

那这里使用take还是to take呢？

如果非要深究，
help sb to do sth是帮助者 自己做，help sb do sth是帮助者与被帮助者共同做
但现在 已经没有区别

没有help sb doing sth 这种说法

help sb in doing sth是参与，同sb一起do,但是help sb to do sth有可能是两人完成，也有可能是自己独立去做。

没有help sb doing sth这样的短语，但有can't help doing .
