鲈鱼 1条(一斤半左右)
料酒 4勺
蒸鱼豉油 4勺
红椒 半个
姜 1大块
葱 2根
食用油 适量
盐 1小勺
花椒 10粒
白胡椒 适量

鱼🐟洗净,用厨房纸巾吸干水分(没有也可忽略)适量盐和料酒涂满鱼身,腌制十分钟,姜切丝,一部分塞进鱼肚子里,剩下的铺鱼面上

大火烧开水,把泡葱白的水倒入锅里,料酒也到一些到锅里,可以除腥,鱼放入蒸锅大火10分钟出锅
鱼出锅之后,把盘子里的鱼汁倒掉(因为鱼汁腥味比较重)将调好的酱汁浇到鱼上,铺满葱丝红椒丝,油中放入花椒和辣椒🌶️(喜欢吃辣的话)烧开热油淋在鱼背上
