This diploma aims meanly at researching the administrational problem oriented to the outdoor hot spring regions of the Zhuhai imperial hot spring, thus emphasizing on the appropriate policy with the root reason and then improving the quality and standard. Locating to the actual methods, they are displayed as below: on-the-spot investigation、resource searching and communication between administer and stuffs, concluding with case-analysis and related theories.

This diploma researches detailly into the routine work of the outdoor regions such as entrance sanitation、water sanitation、 towel sanitation etc. The reasons are set down through analyzing : problems of stuffs, administers, management system and problems of related facilities and apparatus. These reasons result in the sanitarian problems are of essence. Based on the above-mentioned points, we proposed four aspects as improving stuff’s quality、inspiration with rewards and punishments、improving administration and updating facilities etc.
