格式正确，要点全面，语言通顺流畅，很好地完成了写作任务。在开头提出写信的目的，然后具体讲述自己的困难，再提出请求，最后表达自己的感激之情。所以在内容上逻辑性较强。要注意书信格式，包括称呼语，正文以及结束语等。可以先列出要点而且注意将来时现在时和现在完成时的交错使用，语气要委婉礼貌。
申请书和个人简历写的方式：
1，问好；
2，说明写信的原因，提出请求；
3，说明回信时间；
4，表达感谢。
