In china status is very important (thats my understanding so far), people al seems to strive to become a manager even if they are not management material.
Is it for you important to have a life partner which is a manager. Or is someone which has real knowledge and experience enough.
(I mean is someone who is sharing his knowledge and experience to the world not more important. Is creativity not more important)?
