用料:牛肉2000克、桂皮1块、香叶2片、姜10片、葱0.5根、生抽3勺、红烧汁85克、糖10克。

1、牛肉用纯净水浸泡2小时中间换水3次。烧一锅开水,加料酒和姜片,把牛肉块放进去焯水后捞出。
