Recently I have conducted a survey on whether girls should lose weight among my classmates.
The findings are as follows ï¼ 55% of the surveyed think it necessary and important to lose weight, which can make them look slimmer and more charming ,which in turn can contribute to the self--confidence develping in their studies while 45% of the survey girls hold the view that it is not necessary to lose weight . In their opinion, it is a waste of time and money to lose weight, meanwhile, losing weight can do harm to our health.
As far as I am concerned, the most important for us students is to own good health and losing weight is not necessary at all. In addition, it is important and urgent to rid the wrong belief about dieting and abandon the junk food . Furthermore, regular exercise is also beneficial ,which can keep our spirits and make us more energetic .
