Job Duties:
Manage and Fulfill Transportation Orders:
1.Order receiving, planning and dispatching, track and trace, POD signing, return and filing.
2.Coordination and cooperation between and with Customer/BBA, Carrier/CMT, BBA Suppliers, BBA Hub, and relevant internal colleagues and external business contacts.
3.Problem Solving and Emergency Response
4.Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
5.Billing and Payment Collection
Manage carrier to ensure service and quality
KPI Measurement, reporting, analysis and continuous improvement
Attendance of review meeting with Customer/BBA, BBA Suppliers and Carriers/CMT, or other relevant.
Optimization and Process Engineering to ensure efficiency and cost effectiveness, with support from Companies Operation Development and Vendor Management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred
Fresh “Straight A” university graduate, or 1-3 years hands on experience on transportation operation or related
Efficient communicator, quick learner, and strong execution capability
Passionate and strong team sprit
Good MS office in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project Management or Visio.
Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken
