为什么是be surprised at不是be surprised in?

因为be surprised at表示对什么感到惊讶,是固定搭配,用介词at而不是in。

例句:
This is nothing to be surprised at.

She had been surprised at how amiable and polite he had seemed.

She gazed up at him, blinking once or twice, apparently surprised at his cleverness.

This lady was genuinely surprised at what happened to her pet.

What's there to be surprised at?

  1、be surprised in严格的讲be surprised in不是习惯短语.

  2、be surprised at somebody/something/doing something

  I am surprised at you.

I was surprised at your tone.

I was surprised at seeing/to see him there.

  3、be surprised to do something

I'm surprised to hear you say that.

可以看出,be surprised to do something跟be surprised at doing something意思一样.追问

为什么没有be surprised in
