Health is very important to people. Our health depends on our eating and living habits. In my opinion the kinds of food that we eat are really important So we should be careful while choosing our food. We should eat neither too much sugar, chocolate, candy or cakes nor junk food, like food from KFC or McDonald. Fresh vegetables, fruit, some meat, rice and noodles are healthy food, which are our best choice. Besides, we should form good eating habits. Three regular meals a day are necessary , especially breakfast. Never eat between meals or eat too much at a meal. Drinking enough water every day and taking enough exercise are needed too. Only in this way can we keep healthy. |
