We are from the property management center of XX Garden. Our record shows that you are the owner of an apartment situated at Block X, unit XX, room no. XXX in XX Garden.
As you have failed to pay its property management fees from Aril 2009 to June 2010, and in spite of the fact that we had sent you collection notices by fax and registered letter, no reply was received from you; so we have already institute proceedings against you before the court.
We would like to inform you that the costs involved in the litigation are surcharge for overdue payments, litigation expenses and publication fees.

We are from property Management Center of ** Garden. According to our record, you own a suite in Room ** ,Unit *, No. * Building. As you didn't pay property management fee from 09/4-10/6, we faxed you and also delivered registered letter to ask for payment, however, there was no reply from you. As a result, we have to take legal action to you.
Following is all related charge in this case: overdue payment, legal cost and announcement fee. Of course, you can pay off all debt in this week, we will cancel this lawsuit.
