非常抱歉的通知您，因为我们这次采购的铁桶中有两个桶出现了质量问题，表面严重不平整，并且掉漆。不符合产品包装的要求，而这票货物所用的铁桶是定制产品，追加定制恐怕赶不上预定的船期，为了避免影响交期，此次出货的数量将减少为37桶，共计7030KG，请确认并重新发单给我们，谢谢。非常抱歉给您添麻烦了。

Regarding the product ***,PO ***, sorry to tell you that please change your order to 37 barrels (7030 KG) because of the following reasons:

●2 barrels are deformation and shortage of paint from our vendor, this will affect packaging.
●These barrels are specailly ordered from the vendor, if I wait for 2 more to exchange the defective ones, we can not meet your defined delivery date.

Sorry again for the inconvenient we caused and I am waiting for your reply or your suggestions.

2 不良的桶肯定是要你的供应商交换，而不是追加订单。

Very sorry to inform you that since we purchased this drum has two buckets some quality problems, severe uneven surface and paint chips. Does not meet the requirements of product packaging, and this shipment is used drum customized products, additional customization probably miss a predetermined timetable, in order to avoid the impact of delivery, the shipment will be reduced to 37 the number of barrels, totaling 7030KG, please recognition and re-billed to us, thank you. Very sorry to trouble you.

仅供参考： We have noticed serious defects from our last order. The surfaces of 2 barrles are not leveled and paints have went off. And they are not packed as required. The ordered steel barrels are all custom-made, we are afraid make-up orders will miss the scheduled shipping date. In order not to affect the final delivery, we want to lower the number of delivered products to 37, with a total weight of 7,030 kg. Please modify the order and send us for confirmation. Thanks. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused .

Regretfully to inform you that ,due to the iron drums we purchansed this time ,two of them have problem in their quality, Serious uneven surface,and paint off,do not conform to the requirements of the product packaging .cause these iron drums are custom-made,I am afraid that additional custom order wont get the scheduled shipping date,In order to avoid affect delivery time,the number of the shipment will be reduced to 37 barrels ,totally 7030 kg.Can you confirm and resend bill to us please ,thanks and sorry to make you in trouble.
