In recent days, with the coming winter, more and more people got a fever or flu because of the cold weather.
In my opinions, to prevent the flu, first and formost, we should do exercises everyday and keep a sound body.
In the second place, we also need a balance diet and should not to eat some dirty food or snacks.
Third, We have to keep ourselves clean and hygenic, never touch some dirty things.
In sunmmary, we should to prevent the flu from every aspect.

Flu season is October through early spring, and February is often the peak month. So how to prevent the flu is a serious problem。Here are some tips you can follow：
1. Wash your hands and wash them often.
2. Wash your hands twice every time you wash them.
3.When in the W.C.，after washing your hands, use a paper towel to turn off the faucet (龙头). Use another paper towel to dry your hands, then open the door with that paper towel as a barrier between you and the handle.
4. Carry hand sanitizer (消毒杀菌剂) with you if possible。
5.Leave the windows in your house open a crack in winter.
