reschedule for next week, 为什么不是to next week

I was originally, but there was a glitch in our plans. My boss discovered he had two appointments on the same day, so he had to reschedule our lunch for next week.

reschedule 作动词用 for 名词用 to
1。[so he had to reschedule our lunch] for next week.
2. so he had to reschedule (our lunch) [to next week]
