两种都可以，后者更常见一些
也可以说 I feel a little bit under the weather. (not feeling well, but not very sick)

feel在此做非谓动词，而时态表现在谓语上，所以用feel而不是feeling，第二个，求采纳

feel是系动词，所以都不对应该是I feel bad
