Over 1,000 students *took part in the event. The fight usually lasts about 30 minutes. The activity dates back to 1413. At that time, senior students helped new students enjoy university life. New students gave senior students some raisins as gifts to say thank you. Today, the gifts have turned into a bottle of wine (酒) and a big bubble fight.

The arch is 3 meters high. Artist Miguel Romo built it in one day. By making it right in the heart of London, Romo hopes that everyone can do his or her best to keep London clean.

His mother always *gets angry with him. But the cute bear has his own way of making his mother happy. “He will always win her over with a big hug (拥抱),” a zoo worker said. In the wild, polar bear moms stay with their children for up to two years. They help the little bears live in bad weather.
Climbing mountains is an everyday activity. But *how about climbing waterfalls (瀑布)? Will Gadd, 44, of Canada and Tim Emmett, 37, of Britain, did it. They are the first men to climb a frozen (冰冻的) waterfall in Canada. The “ice mountain” is 137 meters tall. The temperature gets as low as –25 C. These brave men spent four hours climbing the falls. “It’s like doing hundreds of pull-ups (引体向上) to get to the top,” Gadd said.
