Ⅰ,Definition of the Trouble
Definition:The equipment can not work normally or with low efficiency and the working state is abnormal due to reasons such as the flaw on design & installing, quality problem of the material or error maintenance, external environment can not meet the application requirements, natural hazard, natural aging and etc.
Ⅱ, the Product Maintenance and Maintenance Scope
The Company provides quality assurance for products sold by this company and the dealer. But whether it belongs to scope of free maintenance should be determined by the following provisions:
1,When the equipment has one of the following situations, may enjoy one year’s free maintenance from taping date of the receipt.
* Malfunction & expiration of the equipment effect due to the design & manufacture, the assembly, the material quality reasons
* The equipment is unable to be installed, operated, and works normally caused by the equipment mechanism distortion and dehiscence.
* when discovers hidden danger in the equipment after the customer receives the equipment, and after checked with personnel from this company find that the equipment does not conform to this company’s product factory inspection standards
* Other breakdowns after confirmed by the after-sale service personnel of this company, is in the scope of free maintenance.
* when customer receives product of this company and open the box to exam on the scene with the responsible person of freight transportation company, discovered the equipment or the part is damaged (if customer received equipment and discovers that the equipment is damaged in the process of transportation when opening box to exam, customer should refuse to accept the equipment, and reflected the situation promptly to our company, our company will replace the complete machine or the parts according to special details for customers, other matters will be negotiated by our company with freight transportation company)
2, The following situation is not belong to the scope of free maintenance;
* The equipment has no free maintenance card or the user cannot provide the purchase date on the bill proof
* Damage caused by use, maintenance not in the request of equipment specification,
* The equipment is not packed according to transportation & packing requests on the instruction booklet or the fuselage when carry out the second transportation
* That belongs to the user’s daily maintenance category, but the user requests service personnel of this company to visit for maintenance
* Equipment failure created due to the incapable working conditions & electric power supply
* The human factors
* damage due to the force majeure (for example: Fire, thunderstroke, flood and so on)
3, passes through the product to the warranty period in which two above times services, its free warranty period lengthens for three months
4, could exchange for new machine regarding in the warranty period after this company post-sale service personnel recognized is unable product which repairs, adjustable
5, this company undertakes the maintain expense in the free warranty period. But the customer should reflect equipment failure according to facts, when necessary, should cooperate with service personnel's work of this company.
