电子商务是21世纪贸易活动的基本经济形态，有关证据表明中小企业发展电子商务已经迫在眉睫。而作为经济重要组成部分的中小企业电子商务发展却相当缓慢与滞后，直接制约了我国经济的持续发展。该文通过对我国目前中小企业电子商务的现状的分析，提出目前我国中小企业电子商务所要解决的主要问题，进一步探讨相应的发展策略。

On-Line business is becoming the mainstream for trading in the 21st century. Statistics show high urgency for SMEs(small and medium enterprises) to develop their on-line business platforms. As SMEs form a significat part of the nation's economy, their lagging-behind of on-line trading platform has directly curbed the economy's sustainability. Based on an analysis of the nations's present on-line business situations, my thesis will elaborate the crux to be cleared for the construction of e-business platform for SMEs and the relavant solutions.
