您好,本人结合个人经历自己写了一篇,希望对您有所帮助:
I remember that it was three years ago, when I was a new comer of the company. One day, we received a mail from one of our clients, who wanted our best price for the product. My manager, Mr. Lee asked me to be responsible for the cient and give him a quotation about our product. I was new to the industry and knew little about how to give a price. Thus I sent the client a quotation, but unfortunately, the price is lower than our cost of the product. I was trying to hide the "accident" away from all of my colleagues. However, Mr. Lee found out anyway. I was too scared to admit that I made such a stupid mistake. Nevertheless, unexpectedly, instead of criticizing me, he encouraged me a lot, said it was totally normal for a rookie to make a mistake like that. Since then, I have become more confident and have got more courages to shoulder my own responsibility at work. I understand now that it is a great trait for a person to undertake what he has done. I am glad that I have no fear any more, which should be due to that matter. Mr. Lee taught me a remarkable lesson in my life, and I am so grateful to him all the time.
