英语否定疑问句请教

如：I can find it --- Can I find it ?
I can't find it -- Can't I find it ？有这种句子吗，如何翻译？为什么我不能找到它呢？
2, 特殊疑问句=特殊疑问词+一般疑问句 形式构成，有没有特殊疑问句的否定句形式。
如：I can find it ---- why can I find it ? when can I find it ? How can I find it ?
I can't find it --- why Can't I find it ? when can't I find it ? how can't I find it ?
存在这种句子吗，如何翻译呢？ 1，为什么我不能发现它呢？ 2，什么时候我才不能发现它呢？3， 我如何才不能发现它呢？可不可以对应写成 1，Why I can't find it ?

1 除了您选择的主语之外，其他的主语都行。如 Don't you know? 难道你不知道吗？
2 当然存在这种句子。
3 看例句 Sally can find the book, why can't you find it?
您的例句中总是用第一人称作主语，在实际生活中，这样的问法很少。
why can't I find it? 我为什么就发现不了它呢？这个句子合理。
至于口语中，语法就没那么规范了。汉语不也是如此吗：干什么，你？这话都能听懂的。
