1. 煤电运 不是很理解什么意思，只能直译成煤与电的运输，但我理解应该是某两样东西之间的矛盾才对，但从字面看不太懂。

2. 受来水偏枯 不明白什么意思， 猜测应该是缺自来水的意思，所以翻译成lack of water追问

煤电运是指“coal production, coal transportation, power generation" 之间的矛盾。
来水偏枯是指“水电厂发电，水量不足，或河流流域水量很少”
我不知道用 insufficient waterflow还是low water level in rivers还是low runoff，哪个合适
另：经济增长对电力的需求增长较快 怎么翻译呢？~~

insufficient waterflow,low water level in rivers,low runoff，感觉insufficient waterflow更好一点，不过水流不足似乎不能完全表达出“水偏枯”含义，不知道用 water source是否合适。

经济增长对电力的需求增长较快
