Hospitality Diploma. Hotel or Hospitality Management Certificate preferred. Knowledge in hotel / convention structure and who does what. Accounting knowledge - Basic accounting knowledge - LCC. Good computer knowledge on MS Office applicaitons (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge on MAXIMO, MS Project and Visio are advantages. Minimum 1 year working in the hospitality industry 9 prefer experience working in COnventions & Exhibitions), or 1 year experiences in Customer Service industry, preferrably call center environment.
