预早将糯米冼净.用水浸泡5~6小时左右。

将腊肠切片.猪肝洗净用少许盐水浸上10分钟后切片用调味料拌匀.牛肉切片后也用调味料拌匀备用.葱和香菜切粒备用。

糯米泡好后将水滤去因为糯米浸泡后巳吸饱水份.不用加水了.用少许油盐拌匀.加入香菇丝,隔水蒸40分钟。
