how to become a Healthy Girl ?Firstly,you should do exercise at least three times a week to strengthen your bodies.Secondly,you should eat less meat,but more vegetables and fruits. You shouldn't eat fried food ,because it's bad for health. Thirdly,you should never go to bed late.You must be sure that you sleep nine houres a day.If you keep a good habit, it will make your healthy and help you study better.

how to keep healthy
everyone knows that our bodies are the most important thing in our lives. So if you want to be able to run read jump and study then you have to keep yourself healthy. Here i got some suggestions for keeping your body healthy.
First, drink 50ml water every 15 mins. so you can keep your body in a full water condition.
second, run for 20mins everyday. so you will be fit it keeps your muscles in a good condition.
third, dont watch tv over 2 hours in a raw. take a break for 5 to 10 minutes during each hour.it will keep your eyes and brain soba.
