The employee +proved +dishonest.

①We always consider him to be a weak leader. 我们一直认为他是个能力不强的领导。
②They consider Jim (to be) the cleverest boy in their class. 他们认为吉姆是他们班最聪明的学生。
③I consider her to have done wonderfully in the final exam. 我认为她在期末考试中表现得非常出色。
注:consider作"认为"解时,后面偶尔也出现接不定式作宾语的情况,不过这时大都用形式宾语it,而将真正的宾语后移。
eg.
Do you consider it wise to interfere?你觉得干预是明智的吗?
所以选B。

注意：
因为这里的仅能用that且that作为一个同位语从句的引导词，所以不能省略。

这个句子的关键是谓语动词is worth。
is worth+V.-ing,表示......值得......，在此隐含了一个被动语意，其实中国的思维方式英语当中的思维方式有相通的地方吧！！！
因为我们一般说，这个问题值得考虑，而不会说是这个问题值得被考虑。应该特别注意！！！

我们可以先把他转换成陈述语气！！！（我英语老师教的，因为他们从语法结构上是等价的，而且更利于我们整理思维！！！）
This museum is the one I visited a few days ago.
(我一开始就选了D，大概是预感在作用吧！现在来细细分析：)
把句子拆分开来：（1)主句：This museum is ......(the one)
(2)分句：the one I visit a few days ago
看看，主句（1），句子的结构非常完整；再看分句（2）很明显 I visit a few days ago 这是一个省略了引导词that 的宾语从句，来修饰名词the one,其余选项都不能充当名词成分。所以选D。

切记：V.-ing表示的是"令人感觉到......",通常形容某物或者某事；
V.-ed 表示的是"某人感觉到......"，一般用来形容人的心情、情感。
回到原题，他......的表情，是因为他自己感到兴奋，而不是令人感到兴奋，因为根据后面的 he _____good news中的good news ，可得知，是他是自己感到开心。
答案是不是抄错了？、？我认为应该是C、excited,had,否则，也不可能是C。因为第二个空也不可能是that！！！
suggested that 暗示着.....后面应该接一个从句，所以在该从句分句中应该有完整的结构，所以不可缺谓语had。

这里想要表达的意思是：随着时光的流逝，你们都长大成为男孩和女孩了。
“介词+名词+分词”表示伴随结构，所以排除
past 只有在作为副词时，才有“经过，过”这一意项。所以，排除B。
（因为在原句中，很明显是用动词的非谓语状态做伴随状语）
对于D选项，虽然pass有在作为动词时的“经过，过”这一意项，但是应该用passing,因为passed在这里很容易被误解为被动的，（过去分词），但是即使是这样，放到语境里，也理解不了，因为过去这一动作的施出者是time时间，无“时间被过去”这一说，所以排除D。
至于为什么选C而不选A，关键在于“as”与“with”的用法区别上。如下：
as是连词，后面要接句子。而with是介词，后面要接动名词结构，with the days going on,... ，而且，as 一般不能置于句首，所以也排除A。在英语学习中，排除法派上的用场可不小！！！

很容易排除C、D项，引其无此用法。
看A、B项：
如果是is told to 表示的是”被告知“，但从句子理解看，应该想要表达的意思是”被说是“， 所以选A。

every other ” 每隔一..“.，后面要接名词的单数形式。
eg.
