够猛的。刚开始，聪明猪背单词，初中高中的背完，很快的，toefl的买书背，张红岩的toefl词汇词以类记很好，别的别买，按字母顺序背这辈子都别想背完。Sat用俞敏洪的sat词汇+联想记忆法乱序版（也就是绿色的那本）。单词不许多记，一天一百个，常复习。多做阅读，如果你有水平的话直接买小马新托福的阅读。新东方啥的教育机构千万别去（别被他们忽悠了，他们很擅长忽悠），在家里自己学是最高效的。
背单词一天都不能断。
最好的记忆方法是边听单词光盘边记，千万别忘了复习，一定要循环复习，不然你就会发现你单词白记了。
还有，建议去美国读高中，再进美国大学。

有专门的sat考试专用单词本，最好是那种不是一首字母顺序排列的单词，而且最好有常用意义及专用意义的那种，大一点的书店都应该有卖。。。
