Healthy Lifestyle
As we all know that healthy lifestyle is becoming more and more important to us. But how do we keep a healthy lifestyle?
As i can see, you should keep the healthy eating, And you have to early to bed and early to rise. You should insist on participating in sports every day. Cause sports can make your bady relaxed. All in all, the most important thing is to insist, make every little thing to be a good habit.

I think the healthy lifestyle is to get up early with a glass of warm water, eat breakfast, eat more vegetables and lean meat, eat something easy to digest in the evening, and chew slowly when eating. More exercise drink more water, after eating the best exercise is a walk, do not strenuous exercise, it is best half an hour after the violent exercise, before bed, drink a glass of milk to help sleep. Make sure you get enough sleep. You must go to bed before 11:00.

Healthy habits are very impoatant for us。What are healthy habits? First,we should have a healthy eating habit。
We shold have a regular breakfast。 Breakfast gives us energy for the morning。 If we don't have anything for breakfast,we will feel hungry and can't listen to the teacher carefully in class。
We should never eat too much or too little。We should eat not only our favorite food but also healthy food。
Second,we should go to bed early and get up early。 Staying up late is bad for our healthy。
Third,we should do more exercise。 Doing exercise can make our body strong
