Keeping healthy is important all the time.But how can we keep healthy ? There are several ways which can help us maintain healthy.
1st keep doing exercise regularly--like basketball and jogging
2nd have a balanced and nutritious diet--eat more fruits,eat less junk food,like fried food
3rd maintain a good mood every day--keep a optimistic attitude towards life
