英语and的连读技巧问题

以Green day的Boulevard of Broken Dreams为例，里面有很多的连读，一般的我都能读准，但惟独对and和它之后单词的连读怎么也把握不准，听了很多遍，还是读不准。

[00:20.10]But it's home to me and I walk alone #这里

[00:35.38]Where the city sleeps
[00:37.24]and I'm the only one and I walk alone #尤其是这里，太难读了
