我的长处是一旦为自己下定目标，为了实现而充分发挥自己的集中力。
My advantage is that if I set a goal for myself. I would concentrate so much on that thing until it gets real.
设定目标之后，怀揣着积极的态度去面对挑战。

曾经上学时，为了进一所理想的学校，从早到晚的学习，还会经常通宵。
When I was young. I would study from day to night and I often stayed all night. Just for a goal, to enter a school which I dreamt.
精神方面的空闲变得越来越少。
At that time, I didn't have much free time.
那时候，同学们也是因为过于努力以至于忽视了彼此的互动。
My classmates can't contact with each other a lot because they all studied hard.
为了调节大家的关系，想了许久,提出了依小组来分，大家一起学习的建议。
To make a change. I proposed that we could study in groups.
让大家充分体验到了学习的快乐以及得到了充分的互动，
I just wanted them to know how study can be joyful.
在实现目标的途中，必定会碰到许多困难和麻烦，但是只要有充分的自信和足够的努力，在艰辛过后肯定会看见殷实的成果。
