这种情况我遇到两次，我是这样修好的。
1、找一个带启动系统的U盘，插入surface Pro的U口。
2、按下电源键，如果能顺利启动并进入U盘系统，就可以进行下一步操作。
3、找一个空地，双手抓住surface pro 的两边，使劲上下摇晃几下。
4、在尝试开机即可，我遇到的两次都是这样修好的。

1. Turn off the Surface.
2. Disconnect any devices connected to your Surface (such as printers, keyboards, or mice), any external video adapters, and all USB or SD memory
cards.

3. Make sure the power supply is attached and the white LED light appears on the tip of the connector.
4. Press the power button on your Surface.
5. At UEFI setting menu, wait for 5 minutes.
6. After 5 minutes, tap or click “Exit Setup”, then tap or click “No” to exit
without saving configuration changes.
7. Surface will restart and should load Windows successfully.追问

您好关于你反馈的问题由于目前Pro暂未在中国地区上市，下面的方案是我个人的测试结果：
1.关机五分钟 2 、断开所有外设 3、接上外接电源开机 4在UEFI界面上等待五分钟 5 五分钟后点击 退出安装————点击No
