The woman is standing at the corner of the street may be my neighbor
和the woman后面接个who作为定语从句有这个必要嘛

这两句话有有不对的地方吗？下面那句好像只是加了个who就没什么不一样了

加了以后的woman他后面的句子，就是定语从句定语从句，他是一个从句和主句的关系，就是一个从句的关系和主句的谓语，没有影响

就是一个句子不能有两个谓语

这个the woman 后面如果不加关系代词who这个句子就错了，因为它出现了两个谓语：is 和 may be。如果不想加who，也可以在may be 前加连词和主语，即：The woman is standing at the corner of the street and she may be my neighbor.
