How times flies! Now It is the third years since they entered the university . Most of them will go to the scociety and have to look for a job for living very soon. Job interview is very important to them . I think a job interview is beneficial to both the interviewer and the interviewee. 时光如梭！他们已经大三了。 不久，大部分人将走进社会，为了生活会去找个工作。那么面试对于他们来说非常重要的。我想这对应聘者和招聘双方都是有利的。
Firstly , the interviewer can see the interviewee in person, then they communicate face to face. 首先，,面试官可以看到应聘者，那么他们能面对面交流。
Secondly , The interviewer can ask some questions to the interviewee to know if the person can be the one they are looking for. 第二，面试官可以对应聘者问些问题来了解他是不是他们需要的人。
On the other hand，the interviewee can know the brief introduction of the company and think if he would like to work with them， if he accept their salary, the working conditions and other things which are relevant to the job. 另一方面，应聘者可以了解其公司情况，也可以考虑他是否愿意和他们一起工作，了解是否能同意其工资待遇，工作条件和其他有关事宜。
In a word, Job Interview is good for both sides. 总之，面试对双方都有好处。
