我有更改DNS，目前电话的状态是，可以从内向外打电话，但是无法从外向内打电话，请问在切换时，我还需要更改什么？

I have to change the DNS, the current phone state is from the inside out,it can make a phone call, but it was unable to make a phone call from the outside to the inside,what else I need to change when switching?
