第二题选D，陷阱题，没有学好定语从句的同学很容易选that，老师说过，先行词被the only， the very，形容词最高级修饰的时候选that。但是此题中从句中they will be watched by thousands of millions.是被动语态，因此主谓宾结构完整不需要任何成分，time做先行词，在不缺少成分的情况下，选when引导。

第三题选B，非谓语动词的考察，A答案表示还在花钱，花钱这个动作还没有结束，从后面可以看出花钱的动作已经结束，B答案符合题意。C表示 我被花钱了，语义不正确。D 表示目的，为了把钱花完。。
