3. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
On Time Delivery means that the PRODUCTS are delivered 3 or fewer days prior to or not more than 1 days later than the required date

4. PRODUCTION PART APPROVAL PROCESS (“PPAP”) OR FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION (“FAI”)
The Supplier is required to obtain PPAP approval per the AIAG Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) manual Fourth Edition
for: 1. a new part or product (e.g., a specific part, material, or color not previously supplier to the customer, 2. correction of a
discrepancy on a previously submitted part, 3. product modified by an engineering change to design records, specifications, or
materials. The Supplier is required to notify the authorized customer representative of any planned changes to the design,
process, or site per the examples in Table 3.1 of the AIAG PPAP manual. Upon notification and approval of the proposed
changed, PPAP submission is required unless otherwise specified in writing by the customer representative. With respect to
each PRODUCT, in the event that Supplier does not provide such PRODUCT for a time equal to or exceeding one year, Supplier
shall conduct and re-submit to Eaton PPAP or FAI, as applicable, in accordance with the terms of Section 11(e) lf the Agreement.
PPAPs are considered a normal part of doing business with Eaton and should be conducted at no additional charge.
