be done 是及物动词的“被动语态”通式，属于谓语动词形式。具体的时态有现在式：am/is/are done, 过去式 was/were done
而done是及物动词的过去分词，属于 【非谓语动词形式】
find sth. done 中的done是过去分词作宾语sth. 的补足语。sth. +done构成find的复合宾语。并不是find sth. be done之be的省略。
当然find也可以跟that -宾语从句，其中that可以省略：...find (that) the word "photo" is listed under "P"...
这一题，由于宾语是“名词”，而非代词的宾格，所以有两个句型，两种说法：
1. You'll find the word "photo" listed under "P" in your dictionary. 简单句，find+复合宾语
2. You'll find （that) the word "photo" is listed under "P" in your dictionary. 复合句。 that-宾语从句。
