中小企业在国民经济中占有重要地位，为推动国民经济发展、增加就业、推动科技进步等做出重要贡献，这一切决定了我们必须对中小企业给予足够的重视。近几年来，国家为改善中小企业融资环境先后采取了许多措施，但从实践上看，这一问题仍然没有得到有效解决，成为制约中小企业发展的“瓶颈”。只有切实解决中小企业融资问题，才能把中小企业发展的潜在能量发挥出来，使其在经济发展和社会稳定中发挥更大的作用。因此我们从中小企业融资机会、融资规模、融资期限、融资方式、融资结构等方面进行探讨，以对中小企业融资决策实践起到一定的指导作用。
