疑问副词和疑问代词的区别在于：
一，提问的内容不同，在句子里面作不同成分
1. 疑问副词是对句子的状语提问，在句子通常是修饰成分；
2. 疑问代词是对名词、代词提问，在句子里面作主语、表语、宾语、定语。

疑问代词有下列:
what, who, whom，whose, which, whatever, whichever ,whoever等。
1. who/whom：谁
Who is Mr. Brown?（表语）
布郎先生是谁？
Who/Whom are you talking to?（宾语）
你在和谁讲话？
注：多数情况下，who可以代替whom，但是介词后一般只能用whom。
