March 2: Deadline to submit your GPA Verification form to apply for Cal Grants
March 23: Deadline to file your Cal Aggie Alumni Association (CAAA) Scholarship application
Late March: Financial Aid award notifications released
Late March: Student Housing application is available as soon as you submit your Statement of Intent to Register (SIR)
Late March: Register for orientation at least two weeks before your orientation session (SIR needs to be submitted prior to registration)
April 2012
April 6: Decision UC Davis—one-day campus program for admitted students
April 21: Picnic Day—student-run campus open house
April 27-28: Undergraduate Research, Scholarship and Creative Activities Conference—campus conference at which undergraduates in all academic fields present their research
May 2012
May 1: Deadline to submit Statement of Intent to Register (SIR)
May 1: Deadline to complete Statement of Legal Residence (SIR needs to be submitted in order to access this form)
May 1: Deadline to submit $500 housing deposit and signed Student Housing contract via MyAdmissions (SIR needs to be submitted in order to access this application)
Early-May: Student Housing begins sending offers to all freshmen who have submitted their SIR by May 1
Prior to enrollment: Submit Hepatitis B Immunity Statement (find this form on myAdmissions "Required Tasks" page)
June 2012
June 1: Arrange for your official final high school and college transcripts of classes taken through spring 2012 and any official test scores [including ACT Assessment plus Writing, SAT Reasoning, SAT Subject, Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) examination scores] to be sent by July 15 to:

Also, request unofficial copies of your transcripts and test scores for academic advising. Bring these copies with you to campus for advising during orientation and throughout your academic career.

July 8-August 14: First-year student and family orientation
July 15: Deadline to submit your official final high school and college transcripts and any official test scores, including ACT Assessment plus Writing, SAT Reasoning, SAT Subject, Advanced Placement (AP) and International Baccalaureate (IB) examination scores. Failure to submit all required transcript(s) and test scores by July 15 will result in your admission being cancelled.
