The comsuption of fossil fuel, either coal for heating or oil for powering moble vehicles, reachs to a ever recorded level. Let alone those released from daily cooking, BBQ along streets and firing in country side after harvest of corps. A very low efficiency of paticulate matters reduction from power plants contributes as well. To regain a clear weather, strict regulations and actions must be promptly taken by the government as well as individuals in a collective endeavor.
