1.应该是选D。如果选A的话，was前面应该加it，What a dangerous scene it was或者How dangerous the scene was。大概答案有误吧。
2.is在这里是谓语动词，life是主语，用how different修饰life。.how different （the）life today ，感叹的主体是different而非life。
3.fun在这里作名词用，因为前面有it，所以排除C,D。.what fun it will be。it是形式主语，真正的主语是boating in the warm autumn sunshine。当然，fun是不可数名词，不能带不定冠词
